This past week we continued storyboard, framing and concept thumb nailing.

CGMA 2012 Semester 1 week 2

Feeling the affect of lack of experience pretty hardcore right now.  I have ideas and I have problems putting them down on paper.  I also seem to have issues trying to do mid-shots and close ups.  I know the general camera angles and stuff, but for some reason I just lean toward the deep shots. 

I really feel like this week's assignment could use a lot more rework or something...

CGMA 2012 Semester 1 week 2 WIP

Assignment consists of creating 10 thumbnails from our own story creations.  I was going to do something related to the Carnelian project I created a while back, but the more I think about it, the more flaw I find in the story.

The project is pretty hard for me, I'm not sure what it is, but I feel that I am missing something in the thumbnails I've done so far.  This needs serious tweaking, I hope I have enough time to do so before due date.

For those who know me personally knows how much I am afraid of color and environment concepts.  So for the past couple of months I've been trying to take on color and now I am staring environment concepts in the eye.  
It is intimidating but I'll get through it some how! :)

Shane the Mechanic WIP - Update 2

Did not work on this as much as I would have liked to, but some progress was made.

There is a light filter applied, the color will change slightly when completely done. :) (also ignore that weird arm, will be fixed)

Alchemy Works:

This is sort of an art dump of works done back during August -October 2011 while briefly involved working on a casual puzzle game.

Each stage takes place in a different part of the game world,  initial conceptual design of the world as well as several stage locations: Alchemy Lab, Cathedral, Courtyard, and Library.  Artwork was not finalized nor used for the game due to style changes from 2D to 3D based images.
